Abstract
Research and knowledge exchange are important for innovation in the organic sector. As a general platform for sharing information, ideas, and experiences about research for the organic food and farming sector in Vlaanderen, NOBL (the Network or Organic Food and Farming Network) wants to contribute to this.
In this edition of “Organic food and farming in Flanders”, research in 2011and 2012 was put into the picture. Together with representatives from, in the meantime, sixteen institutes for fundamental and applied research, the organic sector and the government, research started and/or completed in the past years is presented and first results shared.
