    Improved digestibility can be achieved by altering lignin biosynthesis. Here we try to find mutations in the phenylpropanoid pathway gene 4CL1 in a Brachypodium TILLING population. The screening was performed in the URGV in Evry in a collaboration with INRA Versailles
