    Uittreksel

Governments, private actors, civil society and researchers are increasingly thinking about novel ways to organise food systems in such a way that they have a more desirable impact on our lives, on our societies and on our environments. But what exactly do they think has to change? With this research we look into the issues that actors within the food system identify as problematic or challenging, and how they are framed differently by different actors.
